Diana Newton Co-Owner/Master Instructor and Brian Tuthill Co-Owner/Master Instructor shared with me that Fitmix is a super challenging combo of Endurance Pilates and Treadmill HIIT. It's our perfect marriage of cardio, strength, core, and flexibility. While it does sound hard and really is hard, they make sure to not take themselves too seriously and motivate their clients throughout.
A look inside Fitmix Studio
What separates Fitmix Studio from the others is they open their workouts to all, they have members from early 20s to early 70s who are strong enough to endure Fitmix' challenging fitness approach.
The biggest mistake they see people make is mistaking pain (while working out) as an effort. Safety is one of their priorities and they believe that form should never be compromised. During workout sessions, they are always guiding their members and keeping an eye on them so they don't lose their proper body form.

Fitmix strives to take the intimidation out of the studio. They admit that their workouts are insanely hard but they put in a lot of effort to make sure that everyone can do their workouts and all fitness levels are welcome.
